Our partner organisation is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive.
The executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels for various clients to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads, and improve conversions.
The executive will also have the opportunity to learn how a newsroom operates, gain insight into editorial workflows, and support the production of video content for the newsroom.
Salary: Negotiable | This is an office-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth
- Manage client accounts, including communication, coordination, and negotiation; Report performance and updates to superiors; Plan and coordinate logistics for content creation
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, monitoring comments, messages, and responding in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with designer to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities, especially within the Nepali market
- Analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools; prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations
- Manage social media campaigns, promotions, and collaborations with influencers or partners
- Handle basic social media advertising and boosting posts when required
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms
- Other necessary work-related support to the team and client

Qualifications
